Alright, I’m about to brag on myself a little bit, because I am super proud of myself.
I got up this morning and worked out again!
I did it Thursday and Friday, but I was worried that after the weekend, my motivation would be gone. But no, I forced myself out of bed. I just keep telling myself, “You’ll be thanking yourself 6 months from now. Get up.”
I am so excited. :) If I can keep this up, that’ll be AT LEAST 2.5 hours of working out a week (which is more than 0 hours that I was doing before). Hopefully a couple night sessions and weekend will move that up to 4 or 5.
My eating has definitely gotten better. Yeah, I’ll eat something bad here or there, but overall, it’s improved a ton. I have more self control I feel, and when I do eat bad (for example, I had tacos yesterday for lunch), I don’t eat bad the whole day. It was just that one meal, and the rest of the day was healthy.
WOO! I’m excited.
