It’s to help beginner runners.
Basically, you walk (or jog) 30 minutes a day. Head in one direction for 15 minutes, then head back. It’ll be easy to make myself go do that, because all I have to do is walk out my front door.
Here is a link to it, where it explains when you should walk, and when you can walk or jog or run.
I think it’ll be good to get me started on track again.

I’m going to attempt to start working out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I think that will definitely help with my boredness, tiredness, and, of course, fitness. I’m hoping it’ll also jack up my metabolism. Maybe?
I’m also trying to eat at least one fruit and one veggie a day, and hopefully add more and more. Like, today I had grapes with my lunch, and tonight I’m having zucchini and spinach with my dinner.
So, yep, that’s my new work out (and food) plan.

Alright, I’m about to brag on myself a little bit, because I am super proud of myself.
I got up this morning and worked out again!
I did it Thursday and Friday, but I was worried that after the weekend, my motivation would be gone. But no, I forced myself out of bed. I just keep telling myself, “You’ll be thanking yourself 6 months from now. Get up.”
I am so excited. :) If I can keep this up, that’ll be AT LEAST 2.5 hours of working out a week (which is more than 0 hours that I was doing before). Hopefully a couple night sessions and weekend will move that up to 4 or 5.
My eating has definitely gotten better. Yeah, I’ll eat something bad here or there, but overall, it’s improved a ton. I have more self control I feel, and when I do eat bad (for example, I had tacos yesterday for lunch), I don’t eat bad the whole day. It was just that one meal, and the rest of the day was healthy.
WOO! I’m excited.
