Alright, I’m about to brag on myself a little bit, because I am super proud of myself.

I got up this morning and worked out again!

I did it Thursday and Friday, but I was worried that after the weekend, my motivation would be gone.  But no, I forced myself out of bed.  I just keep telling myself, “You’ll be thanking yourself 6 months from now.  Get up.” 

I am so excited.  :)  If I can keep this up, that’ll be AT LEAST 2.5 hours of working out a week (which is more than 0 hours that I was doing before).  Hopefully a couple night sessions and weekend will move that up to 4 or 5.

My eating has definitely gotten better.  Yeah, I’ll eat something bad here or there, but overall, it’s improved a ton.  I have more self control I feel, and when I do eat bad (for example, I had tacos yesterday for lunch), I don’t eat bad the whole day.  It was just that one meal, and the rest of the day was healthy.

WOO!  I’m excited.

And hopefully October I get to do the Dirty Girl mud run!

Getting started on my resolutions, woot woot! 

I’m definitely going to kick my own butt the next few months.  I’m glad I’m getting it all organized and ready to go.  This week is going to kill me, I bet.

Worked out again this morning.

I felt I hardly had any energy, though.  Probably just the week catching up to me!

I’m proud of myself for getting up 2 mornings in a row and doing it.  I hope I can keep it up next week!  

I plan on doing it three weekday mornings, and then add a fun weekend workout, plus any evening ones I do with my friends (walking, jogging, just dance, etc.).  

It should add up to about 3 hours of exercise a wake, which is better than 0 hours.

Confession time!

When I was little, I wanted to do dance and gymnastics.  It was a dream of mine.

Well, dance was too expensive and my mom was scared I’d get hurt doing gymnastics.

To this day, I still regret never doing either.  I wish I could go back in time and find a cheaper dance studio, or beg my mom to let me do gymnastics anyway.  

I wish my body could do those things.  

Anyway, I’m hoping with weight loss, my body will be able to do things it’s never done before.  Probably not gymnastics, or any difficult dancing, but some dancing would be nice, plus running, hiking, etc.

I just can’t wait to see the change.

The first 5 are my smaller goal weight sections, and the last one is my ultimate goal weight from where I am now.  

I also didn’t realize I could change the hair and stuff until the last one, haha.

I ate well this entire week. 

Also, I did have a “splurge meal” tonight at an Italian restaurant, but I didn’t overeat, I still had water with it, and I didn’t throw away the rest of my night on crap food.

My will power is getting stronger!
